The November Building to Building Transfer Process is now closed!
The Graduate Housing Office allows fully registered single graduate students interested in transferring from one living option to another to enter the Building to Building Transfer Allocation to request a move.
Submitting the follwoing information will confirm your position on the waiting list for the next two weeks. Please remember to do this at least once every two weeks. Participants whose position on the waiting list expires will be removed from the list and need to resubmit an application.

License Agreement for MIT/WHOI participants
Please read the below terms pertaining to MIT/WHOI housing. This is your license agreement for on-campus housing at MIT. You will not be permitted to utilize the MIT/WHOI space in Sidney Pacific until you have completed the form at the bottom of this page. You should print a copy of the agreement and signed form for your records.
Please be sure you have already completed the MIT/WHOI License Agreement. You will need to do this prior to reserving a space in the Sidney Pacific WHOI suite.
Please see information on MIT/WHOI License Agreements if you have not submitted a form previously (you will only need to submit the License Agreement once).
WHOI program housing
The MIT/WHOI Joint Program reserves a two bedroom, 4 person apartment in the Sidney-Pacific Graduate Residence at MIT.
