Graduate students are a major force in the MIT community and greatly contribute to the Institute’s distinctive culture. Graduate residence halls, located within a short walk of campus, are vibrant, collaborative, and very much home to the students who live there.

*Due to a captial construction project beginning in August 2015, apartments in the Sidney Pacific graduate residence hall will NOT be available for any new student housing allocations or for building transfers during the 2015-16 academic year.

Click here to listen to the Graduate Housing New Resident Information Session Webinar (audio) from April 9, 2014.

*If you are newly admitted to MIT, you may not be able to apply to the housing allocation until after April 8, 2015, even if you have MIT certificates. This will NOT affect your chances of receiveng an on-campus assignment through the allocation.

If you are not able to access the application after April 8, please contact your department.
