Painting and Cleaning Waiver

Completeing and submitting this form indicates that you have agreed to waive the painting and cleaning of your apartment.  MIT Housing has made every effort to ensure that your room and its fictures are in excellent physical condition; however, in an effort to secure an earlier move-in date, some of our students ask to waive the recommended painting and cleaning of their assigned room.  This form is official confirmation that you have asked to waive the painting and cleanind and that you recognize and accept that your assigned room therefore may not be up to MIT's standards of cleanliness.  You will not be able to request painting and cleaning at MIT's expense at a later date.
