MIT Sublicense Center

If your dates of stay fall outside the Monday, June 10, 2013 and Sunday, August 11, 2013 Guest Housing Program, MIT Sublicensing allows you to sublicense graduate apartments on-campus.  Sublicensing runs between the dates of May 17, 2013 and Sunday, September 8, 2013.  To qualify for Guest Housing Graduate sublicensing individuals must be affiliated with MIT and sponsored by an MIT faculty, office and/or department. 

In order to access the sublicensing database, participants will need an MIT ID number.  Your MIT ID number can be obtained through your MIT sponsor.  Once you gain access to the database, you have the ability to look through available units.  As soon as you find a unit meets your needs, you may contact the graduate student and discuss rate and dates of stay.
